RESOLUTION NO. 68-021
• RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ENGINEER
TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY REPORT AS TO VILLAGE
SHARE OF THE KENZIE TERRACE STREET AND WATER
MAIN EXTENSION IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has conducted informational hearings
and reviewed reports pertaining to the improvement of Kenzie Terrace and
the extension of water lines to serve the Lowry Grove Trailer Park, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to undertake the following improvements:
1. Kenzie Terrace Improvement from Stinson Boulevard
to St. Anthony Boulevard
2. Water main extension to serve the Lowry Grove
Trailer Park.
It is proposed to assess the benefited property for all or a part of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to
429.111 .
NOIJ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposed improvements be
referred to Comstock and Davis, Village Engineers, for study and they are
• to advise the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it is best proposed individually
or as a joint improvement together with the estimated cost of the improvements
as recommended.
