A RESOLUTION DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that due to extensive damage to two Police Patrol Cars, one car found to
be not repairable, that an emergency be declared to exist, and that the
Village Manager be authorized to purchase one Chevrolet Police Special
demonstrator from Harold's Chevrolet Company, Hopkins, Minnesota, at a
price of $2750.00.
