RESOLUTION NO. 68-033
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
STINSON BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Village Manager are hereby
authorized to enter into agreement on behalf of the Village with the City of
Columbia Heights for the improvement of Stinson Boulevard, said City of
Columbia Heights to reimburse the Village for the actual cost of construct-
ion of that part of Stinson Boulevard lying West of the center line of the
proposed pavement and for 100% of the actual cost of 37th Place, said
costs to be determined by final constructed quantities at unit contract
prices with legal, administration, engineering, staking and inspection
costs to be shared on the basis of the ratio of the city's share to the
Village share.
Adopted this 14th day of May, 1968.
