RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS.
Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive
On June 6, 1967, following a public hearing, the St. Anthony
Village Council , by resolution No. 67-032, ordered the improvement of
Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive and designated Comstock
and Davis, the Village Engineers, to prepare the plans and specifications
for the street improvement. The engineers have presented the plans and
specifications to the Council for approval .
NOL•,► THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1 . The plans and specifications for the improvement of Silver
Lane from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive are hereby approved.
2. The Clerk shall retain said plans and specifications in the
files of his office.
3. The Clerk shall prepare and cause to be published an adver-
tisement for bids upon the making of the improvement in accordance
with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 429.041 .
The advertisement shall specify the work to be done and shall
state that bids will be opened and considered by the Manager and
Engineer at 12:00 Noon D.S .T. on June 24, 1968, in the Village
Nall. No bids shall be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier 's check,
bid bond, or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5% of the
amount of such bid
Adopted this 11th day of June, 1968.
