RESOLUTION NO. 68-037
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE REPAIR-IMPROVEMENT OF
ST, ANTHONY BOULEVARD FROM STINSON BOULEVARD
TO THE EAST VILLAGE LIMITS .
A motion of the Village Council adopted June 11, 1968, fixed the
date of July 9, 1968, for a hearing on the above improve menti The hearing
was held following published and mailed notice of the preliminary hearing
held on June 6, 1967, and certified mailed notice prior to the reopening
of the hearing of July 9, 1968, as required by law, and all persons desiring
to be heard were provided an opportunity to be heard on the ordering of the
improvement.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1 . The repair-improvement of St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson
Boulevard to the East Village limits be and is hereby ordered
as proposed and as set forth in the notice of hearing for the
improvement.
2. Comstock and Davis is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement and shall approve the specifications for the
• making of the improvement.
3. All work shall be done by Village personnel .
