!', RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL PLANS AND SPEC-
IFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT 1963-4 AND DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE ENGINEER TO INCLUDE THE ST. ANTHONY
OFFICE PARI( STREET IMPROVEMENT IN THE PROJECT
AND PROVIDING FOR THE OPENING OF GIDS AUGUST
19, 1968.
,'E IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St.
Anthony that final plans and specifications for "torm Sewer and Street
Improvement 1960-4, as prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village ngineers,
are hereby accepted, and that the Village Manager be authorized to adver-
tise for bids for said Improvement on August 19, 1968.
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Village I-ngineer, Comstock
and Davis, be directed to include within the aforementioned improvement,
the Street Improvement for St. Anthony Office Park as petitioned by
100% of the property owners therein, in order to enlarge the size of
the project and result in lower unit cost, as no public hearing is
necessary on the making of the improvement.
