• RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN STREETS AND AN
EASEMENT IN MOUNDS VIE14 ACRES SECOND ADDITION,
RAMSEY COUNTY
WHEREAS, Happy's Potato Chip Company, a Minnesota corporation,
has petitioned the Village of St. Anthony for the vacation of certain
streets and an easement hereinafter described,
WHEREAS, said streets and easement were erroneously described
or , inadvertently omitted from that resolution of vacation dated
April 2, 1960,
l-JiEREAS, a publication of hearing and posted notice pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes, 412.851 thereof was made to vacate the properties
herein, described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 9 (Valley View Road)
That part of Valley View Road, Mounds View Acres
Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof, lying west of the
centerline of said Valley View Road, and lying
south of the Southeast line of a strip of land
40 feet wide and adjacent to the Southeast line
of the Sault Ste. Marie Railway Right-of-Way, and
lying north of a line drawn northeast from a point
on the West line of said Valley View Road and 93.86
feet north of the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 9
of said Mounds View Acres Second Addition, to a point
on the East line of said Valley View Road and 34.74
feet north of the Southwest corner of Lot 18, Block 11,
of said Pounds View Acres Second Addition.
Lot 1, Block 9 (Valley View Road)
That part of Valley View Road, Mounds View Acres
Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof, lying west of the center-
line of said Valley View Road and lying within a strip
of land 40 feet wide and adjacent to the Southeast
line of the Sault Ste. Marie Railway Right-of-Way,
reserving to the Village of St. Anthony a sewer ease-
ment over said parcel of land.
Lot 18, Block 11 (Valley View Road)
That part of Valley View Road, Mounds View Acres
Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof lying east of the center-
line of said Valley View Road and lying south of the
North line extended Westerly of Lot 10, Block 11 , of
said Mounds View Acres Second Addition, and lying north
of a line drawn northeast from a point on the West line

That part of Valley View Road, Mounds View Acres
Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof, lying east of the
centerline of Valley View Road and lying within
a strip of land 40 feet wide and adjacent to the
Southeast line of the Sault Ste. Marie Railway
Right-of-Way, reserving to the Village of St. Anthony
a sewer easement over said parcel of land.
Lot 19, Block 11 (Unnamed street)
That part of a street lying adjacent to and northwest
of Lot 19, Block 11, Mounds View Acres Second Addition,
Ramsey County, Minnesota according to the recorded
plat thereof, lying south of the South line of Sunset
Lane extended west, and lying southeasterly of the
Southeast line of the Sault Ste. Marie Railway Right-
of-'.fay, and lying northwesterly of the Northwest line
of said Lot 19, and lying southwesterly of a line
• described as follows : beginning at a point located
in said Lot 19 at the intersection of a line parallel
to and 220 feet east of the centerline of Valley View
Road measured at right angles thereto and a line
parallel to and 1E6.76 feet south of the centerline
of said Sunset Lane measured at right angles thereto,
thence northwesterly to a point on said Southeast line
of Railway Right-of-14ay, 24.26 feet southwest of the
intersection of said South line of Sunset Lane and
said Southeast line, measured along said Railway
Right-of-�Iay line, reserving to the Village of St.
Anthony a sewer easement over said parcel of land.
Lot 19, Block 11 (Easement)
The easement over the Northwest 15 feet of Lot 19,
Block 11 , Mounds View .'acres Second Addition, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat
thereof, lying northeasterly of a line described
as folloi•Is: beginning at a point located in said
Lot 19 at the intersection of a line parallel to
and 220 feet east of the centerline of Valley View
Road measured at right angles thereto and a line
parallel to and 186.76 feet south of the centerline
of Sunset Lane measured at right angles thereto, thence
northwesterly to a point on the Northwest line of said
Lot 19, 48.75 feet southwest of the Northwest corner
of said Lot 19, measured along said Northwest line of
Lot 19.
