I11PROVEMEMT PROJECT 196"-4.
W EREAS, The Village Engineer, Comstock and Davis, has informed
the St. Anthony Village Council that additional property rights are necessary
for the undertaking of Storm Sewer and Street Improvement Project 1968-4.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Attorney be directed
to acquire title to the following described property:
1968-4-A
An easement for storm sewer described as the West 5 feet of the following
described property: All of Lot 1, except the West 163.07 feet thereof and
also except the South 34.51 feet thereof, in Block 5, Mounds View Acres Second
Addition, Village of St. Anthony, Minnesota.
1968-4-B
An easement for storm sewer described as the East 5 feet of the following
described property: The North 90 feet of the East 133.07 feet of the West
163.07 feet of Lot 1, Block 5, Mounds View Acres Second Addition, Village of
St. Anthony, Minnesota.

A permanent slope easement described as the East 7 feet of the South 49.8 feet
