RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF THE
ENGINEER IN THE AMOUNT OF $1229506.55 AND
PROVIDING FOR NECESSARY TEMPORARY FINAN-
CING OF IMPROVEMENT 1968-1.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St . Anthony
that the Engineers Certificate for partial payment of Improvement 1968-1 in
the amount of $122,506.55 be approved for payment and that the following
funds in the amounts indicated be used for the temporary financing of said
Certificate until such time as permanent Improvement Donds provide financing,
said amount to be repaid to accounts indicated at a rate of 6% per annum:
