RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARINGS ON ASSESS-
MENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT 1968-1 , 1968-
2, 1968-5, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT, RAMSEY
COUNTY DITCH #2, #3.
BY A RESOLUTION adopted on August 27, 1968, the Council ordered
the preparation of the assessment roll for Street Improvements 1968-1 , '
1968-2, 1968-5, and Storm Sewer Improvement Ramsey County Ditch #2, #3.
The Council has been advised that the assessment roll is available for
public inspection in the office of the Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be held on
October 1, 1968 in the Village Hall at 8:00 o'clock p.m. to consider the
proposed assessments and .to allow all owners of property to be assessed
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
THE VILLAGE CLERK shall give notice by publication and mailing
advising the property owners of the time, place, and purpose of the hear-
ings on the assessments.
