,RESOLUTION ORDERING REPORT ON EXTENSION
OF SE14ER AND WATER SERVICES TO THE SAL-
VATION ARMY CAMP
WHEREAS, the owners of the Salvation Army Camp on Silver Lake have
petitioned for the extension of sewer and water services to serve their area; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing on said improvement is not required when 100%
of the landowners petition for the improvement; and,
%lERE1-;S, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has directed the conn-
ection of the camp's sanitary facilities to the sanitary sewer;
NOI! 11-1EREFORE, IE IT RESOLVED that the Village Engineer, Comstock and
Davis, advise the Council as to whether the improvement petitioned for by the
Salvation army Camp is feasible and as to the best method of accomplishing the
improvement, together with the estimated cost of the project as recommended.
ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1968.
