A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR ZI G TH E YO AND VILLAGE
CLERK TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE SOO
LINE RAILROAD FOR A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony that
the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a construction permit
on behalf of the Village of St. Anthony with the Soo Line Railroad as per license
#18310.
Adopted this 24th day of September, 1968.
