A RESOLUTION COORDINATING THE USE OF
VILLAGE HALL FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council and School Board have entered
into a joint agreement to provide a combined Recreation-Adult Education program
for the residents of St. Anthony, and
WHEREAS., it is necessary that office space be provided for the Recreation
Director, and
WHEREAS, the moving of the Director of Public Safety's office to the
room adjacent to the present police-fire squad room would better facilitate the
cour'd i i,a L ion of the two departments.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Manager be directed to
provide office space for the Recreation Director in the present Director of Public
Safety's office and relocate said office in the room adjacent to the police-fire
squad room.
