RESOLUTION NO. 68-066
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE
RECOMMENDA-TION OF THE LEGISLATIVE INTERIM COMMISSION
REGARDING FAIR TRADE PRICING LAWS.
WHEREAS, an Interim Commission of, the Minnesota Legislature, following
completion of its deliberations and study of the state liquor laws, concluded
and recommended to the 1969 Legislature that the present fair trade pricing laws
are adequate and should remain unchanged.
NQ4 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Anthony Village Council
support the recommendation of the Legislative Interim Commission and that the
Governor, the Liquor Commissioner, and our state legislators be informed of
the position of the St. Anthony Village Council.
Adopted this 23rd day of December, 1968.
