RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1969
. AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
t1HEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
has considered its 1969 construction program, and
IA-1EREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish
a time limit on the requests for public improvements so as to
insure adequate time to comply with the improvement procedures
as established in the Minnesota State Statutes.
NOl1 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of
the Village of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 1 , 1969 as the
final day for accepting petitions for public improvements to be
included in the 1969 construction program.
