RESOLUTION NO. 69-011
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER
TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN TAY. FORFEIT PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
hereby directs the Village Manager to make applications, on behalf of the Village,
to the Hennepin County Auditor for the conveyance of the following tax forfeited
lands herein described as :
Commencing 968' N. from center of Section, thense W. 295 '
to point of beginning, thense W. 601 , thense N. 1001 , thense
E. 601 , thense S. 100' to beginning, except road. (Parcel
5665 - Plat 63506)
