IMPROVEMENTS
11HEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, San. Sewer, 1969,
Water Main, 1961 , Sevier Intcp., 1961, Storm Sewer 196 ', were previously
adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
t-!HE'EAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment roll
has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 39854.
NOW THEREFORE 9E IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstanding
assessment as fol loves a
