WHEREAS, the Village Council has previously received a petition from 100% of the lots abutting Silver Lake Court, which petition req„Psts U,© construction of a cul de sac at the east end of Silver Lake Court, and WHEREAS, the Council has presently underway a sewer and water improve- ment which has removed a portion of the affected street area, NOVI THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council approve the construction of the aforementioned cul de sac upon condition that the petioners be assessed for 100% of the cost in excess of the work that would be attribut- able to improvement 1969-1.
