A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
69-02fo AND SETTING SEPTEMBER 9,1969
AS THE DATE FOR THE HOLDING OF A
REFERENDUM FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
PARK LAND.
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council did by Resolution #69-021
set August 26, 1969 as the date for a referendum on the issuance of $180,000
in G.O. Bonds for part: land acquisition, and
WHEREf,S, Hennepin County has designated September 9, 1969 as the date
for the holding of a referendum for the building of a County hospital complex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the date for the Special Park
referendum scheduled for August 26, 1969, for the consideration of a referendum
to issue $100,000 in G.O. Bonds for the acquisition of park land be changed to
coincide with the hours and election precincts designated for general elections,
and '
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said election day be set to coincide with
• the Hennepin County Hospital referendum on September 9, 1969.
