RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE
ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
ASSESSMENT ROLLS STREET IMPROVEMENTS
1968-3, 1968-4; STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
1968-4; SEWER & WATER IMPROVEMENT
1969-1 AND SEWER AND WATER SERVICES
IMPROVEMENT 1969-2.
WHEREAS, directed by the Council the Village Engineer has reported on the
total cost of improvements to be specially assessed in 1969. Said report states
that the following improvements were made by the Village of St. Anthony at the cost
shown for the several projects as follows:
Street Improvement 1968-3 - $56,099.40
1 . Silver Lane-East of Silver Lake Road to the easterly boundary of the
Village.
Street Improvement 1968-4 - $451,110.60
1. Ramsey County streets east of Silver Lake Road and North of 37th
Avenue N.E.
2. Streets located within the St. Anthony Industrial Park.
Storm Sewer Improvement 1968-4 - $151,422.98
1. All properties lying east of Silver Lake Road which are located in
Drainage District #4, Hennepin and Ramsey Counties.
Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-1 - $204,638.94
1. Properties located within the St. Anthony Industrial Park.
2. Salvation Army Property.
Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-2 - $17,728.70
1 . Services installed to service properties for Ramsey County Industrial
area, the construction of which are incidental to Improvement 1968-4.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that 100% of the cost of the improvements be
specially assessed against the benefited property. The Village Clerk with the
assistance of the engineer, shall calculate the amount to be specially assessed for
the above improvements against every lot or parcel of land affected without regard
to cash valuation and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his
office for public inspection. r7 7o 1- _f,
Upon completion of the proposed assessment roll , the Clerk shall notify
the Council.
