RESOLUTION NO. 69-034
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTION-
MENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL
IMPROVEMENTS.
• WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Storm Sewer Improve-
ment 1960-1A, Water Improvement 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor Improvement 1960-2,
Sewer and Water Improvement 61-1, Street Improvement 1961-3 and Storm Sewer Improve-
ment 68-1 were previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, and
WHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment roll
has been replatted now resulting in Division No. 39945.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony hereby authorizes that the County Auditor apportion the outstanding
assessments as follows:
