RESOLUTION NO. 69-035
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TECHNICAL
SERVICES FROM THE MINNESOTA DEPART-
MENT OF HIGHWAYS.
RE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to statutory authority, the St. Anthony
Village Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of St. Anthony
Village is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department of
Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the year of 1969-70;
for which payment will be made by the Municipality upon receipt of verified claims
from the Commissioner of Highways.
