RESOLUTION NO. 69-037
00 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE TEMP-
ORARY FINANCING OF VILLAGE IMPROVE-
MENTS 1969-1, 1969-2.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony that
the use of surplus monies as follows : Fund #55, $83,040.00; Fund #65, $70,000.00;
Fund #67, $70,000.00 be approved for the temporary financing of Improvements 1969-1 ,
1969-2, said funds #55, #65, and #67 to be reimbursed at the rate of 7% per annum
until such time as Improvement Bonds are sold for the permanent financing of said
improvements.
Adopted this 23rd. day of Se ptember,1969.
