Silver Lane - East of Silver Lake Road to east boundary of Village. Street Improvement 1968-4 1. Streets east of Silver Lake Road and north of 37th Avenue N.E. 2. Streets within St. Anthony Industrial Park. Storm Sewer Improvement 1968-4 1. Property lying east of Silver Lake Road and within Village Storm Sewer Drainage District A. • Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-1 1. Property within St. Anthony Industrial Park. 2. Salvation Army property on Silver Lake. Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-2 1. Water services installed for properties in the Ramsey County industrial area. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Anthony Village Council : 1. The proposed assessments for each of the above improvements as amended, copies of which are attached and made a part of this resolution by reference, are hereby accepted and adopted and the same shall constitute the special assessment against each of the lands described therein and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the municipal improve- ments in the amount of the special assessment levied against the lands for each improvement. 2. The assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments ex- tending over a period of 20 years, the first installments plus accrued interest to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1970, and said assess- ments shall bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest • on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1970. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. -2- 3. 2-3. The owner of any property herein assessed may at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the county auditor pay the whole of the assessment on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the Village Treasurer except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assess- ment is paid within 30 days of the adoption of this resolution; the owner may at any time thereafter pay to the County Treasurer the entire amount of the assess- ment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. 4. The clerk shall transmit a certified duplicate of the assessments to the county auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal real property taxes.
