RESOLUTION NO. 69-041
• A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO FUND #74, CONSTRUCTION
FUND.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that it was necessary to
construct a 44' 3-ton capacity roadway on Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to
Oakwood Drive, and
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the Village to use State Aid Funds,
on streets so designated, or contribute funds from the General Fund to off-set
the cost of roadways constructed in a residential area of a design greater than
a normal residential design,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council does hereby
authorize the transfer of the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to Fund
#74, Construction Fund as the Village share of the improvement of Silver Lane
from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive.
Adopted this 28th day of October, 1969.
