RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1977 AS CUT
OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has consider-
ed its construction program and,
WHEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit
on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time
to comply with the improvement procedures as established in the
Minnesota State Statutes .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accept-
ing petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1977 con-
struction program.
ADOPTED: January 4 , 1977.
