A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF
THE STRENGTH CHARGE SYSTEM BY THE METROPOLITAN
WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION
Whereas The Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has implemented
an industrial user strength charge and,
Whereas There are certain industries located in St. Anthony to
which the industrial user strength charge applies.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of
St.. Anthony hereby authorizes the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission
to implement the industrial user strength charge in St. Anthony and to
bill and collect from all users the charge applies to.
