RESOLUTION 77-015
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING EMPLOYEES CONDUCT DURING
WORK STOPPAGE
WHEREAS, employees of the City represented by Local No. 49 of
I.U.O.E. have recently engaged in a 14 day work stoppage and,
WHEREAS, the conduct of the employees during the work stoppage
was generally very good and,
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to express the appreciation of
the Council, the residents of St. Anthony in general and the staff
for the good conduct of the employees involved in the work stoppage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby commends the members of Local No. 49 who are
employed by the St. Anthony Maintenance Department for their general
good conduct during the work stoppage and welcomes them back to work
under the terms of the contract settlement.
