RESOLUTION 77-023
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
Whereas the assessment roles for local improvements , Storm
Sewer 68-1, Street Improvement 68-3, Street Improvement 68-4 , and
Storm Sewer 68-4 were previously adopted and certified to the
County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
Whereas since such adoption certain properties within said
assessment roles have been combined and conveyed, resulting in
Division No. 051219 .
Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes that the County Auditor apportion
the outstanding assessments as follows :
