A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT NO. 58454
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes, to-wit: to provide for payment by the State to the City
of the lump sum amount of $1,020 .00 as reimbursement in full for
anv and all costs incurred by the City in the repair and restoration
of 29th Avenue Northeast from Trunk Highway No. 8 to Stinson Boulevard
necessitated by the damages resulting in part from the additional
traffic volumes carried by said portion of 29th Avenue Northeast during
the period St. Anthony Boulevard was closed to traffic for state con-
tract construction thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement. (Agreement No. 58454)
