RESOLUTION 77-034
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING FUND NO. 55 AND TRANSFERRING
THE MONEY THEREIN TO THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE (FUND NO. 10 RESERVE)
Whereas, the bonded debt obligations of Fund No. 55 have been
met; and
Whereas, there is surplus money in said Fund; and
Whereas, state law and city ordinances give the City the option
to transfer surplus debt service money to the General Fund, upon
elimination of all debt obligations;
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved that all money in Fund No. 55 be
transferred to the General Fund reserve
Furthermore, that all future money receivable into Fund No. 55
shall be received into the General Fund reserve.
• Adopted by the City Council July 26th, 1977.
