RESOLUTION 77-035
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HENNEPIN COUNTY TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC
SALE OF TAX FORFEITED LAND IN THE CITY
Member, Councilman Sundland offered the
following Resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
has received from the County of Hennepin , a list of lands in said municipal -
ity which became the property of the State of Minnesota , for non-payment of
1968 or 1969 real estate taxes, which said list has been designated as Classi-
fication List No. 652-NC and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore peen
classfied by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota
as non-conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authgrized
by said Board of County Commissioners :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council , acting pursuant
to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of
County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as non-
conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of
• each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved.
The -question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the roll being
called, there were 5 YEAS and 0 NAYS, as follows:

Councilman Haik Mayor Miedtke
Councilman Stauffer
Resolution adopted.
