A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE AMOUNT THE CITY WILL
PAY ON STREET IMPROVEMENT 1976-1 AND THE AMOUNT TO BE
ASSESSED ON STREET IMPROVEMENT 1976-1
Whereas, the improvement of 29th Avenue N.E. , also known as
Street Improvement Project 1976-1 , has been completed and,
Whereas, final costs are substantially determinable and,
Whereas, the Council desires to assess a portion of this cost
to benefitted properties
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the net amount to -be - --
assessed to benefitted properties is $ 107, 652. 48 , pursuant to
the street assessment policy; the City will pay the balance out of
other funds.
