RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
Whereas the assessment rolls for local improvements Storm Sewer #3,
Water Improvement #34, Sewer Interceptor Lines #35 , Street Improvement
#38, Storm Sewer #4, and Sewer Interceptor #44 were previously adopted
and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
Whereas, since such adoption certain property within said assessment
rolls have been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 052691,
Now Therefore Be It Resolved That the City Council of St. Anthony
hereby authorized that the County Auditor apportion the outstanding
assessments as follows :
A. Original Parcel (811251001001) Lot 1, Block 1,
Apache Plaza, Second Addition.
