A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1979 AS CUT OFF
DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Whereas, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has con-
sidered its construction program, and
Whereas, the Council deems it necessary to establish a time
limit on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate
time to comply with the improvement procedures as established in the
Minneosta State Statutes.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for
accepting petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1979
construction program.
Adopted this 9th day of January 1979 .
