RESOLUTION 79-004
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING HELP
FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Be It Resolved that pursuant to statutory authority, the St.
Anthony City Engineer for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony is
hereby authorized upon approval of the City Manager to request and
obtain from the Minnesota Department of Transportation; needed
engineering and technical services during the year 1979 , for which pay-
ment will be made by the City of St. Anthony upon receipt of verified
claims from the Commissioner of Transportation.
Furthermore, that a copy of this resolution be sent to the City
Engineer and the Department of Transportation.
Adopted this 9th day of January , 1979 .
