A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOB
CLASSIFICATION/SALARY ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM
Whereas , the City Council has reviewed the job classification/
salary administration program dated December, 1978 , prepared with the
assistance of Stanton Associates , Inc.
Whereas, the City Council feels the program is a tool to provide
for good personnel administration of covered City employees.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the job classification/salary
administration program dated December, 1978 is hereby adopted (as
amended) .
Be It Further Resolved that the City Council is hereby committed
to future reviews of the program to ensure its future success .
