A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ST. ANTHONY
C.D.B.G. APPLICATION, YEAR V
Resolution authorizing submission of the City of St. Anthony Community
Development Program to Hennepin County for consideration as part of the
Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Application, in
accord with the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 , as amended.
Whereas, the City of St. Anthony has executed a Cooperation Agreement
with Hennepin County agreeing to participate in the Urban Hennepin County
Community Development Block Grant Program, and
Whereas, a three year Community Development Program and Housing
Assistance Plan has been prepared consistent with the Comprehensive Urban
Hennepin County Community Development strategy and the Community Develop-
ment Program Regulations, and
Whereas , the three year Community Development Program and Housing
Assistance Plan has been subject to citizen review pursuant to the Urban
• Hennepin County Citizen Participation Plan.
Be It Resolved, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
approved the proposed three year Community Development Program and Housing
Assistance Plan and authorizes the appropriate execution of the applica-
tion material and transmit it to Hennepin County for consideration as part
of the Year V Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant
Application.
