A RESOLUTION ORDERING
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1979-001
Be It Resolved the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota,
as follows :
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of hearing on a
street improvement in the City was duly mailed on February 12 , 1979 , and
published in the St. Anthony Edition of the New Brighton Bulletin, the
official newspaper of the City, on February 8, 1979 , and February 15 , 1979,
as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 , and as ordered by resolu-
tion of this Council adopted on January 23, 1979 .
2 . A public hearing having been held on this date and opportunity
having been given at such hearing to all persons to make known their views
on said improvement, and this Council being fully advised of the pertinent
facts, does hereby order the construction of said improvement , in accord-
ance with the description thereof contained in said notice of hearing.
3. Said improvement is hereby designated and shall hereafter be
referred to as "Street Improvement Project 1979-001" .
4 . The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
final plans and specifications for said improvement and to submit them to
this Council.
Adopted this 27th day of February , 1979 .
