A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CONTRACTOR TO NOT
PERFORM UNDER SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO AGREEMENT NO. PW22-10-78
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
does hereby direct Hennepin County to direct the contractor on
the Anthony Lane (North) Improvement Project to not perform any
of the work, nor order any supplies for said work, nor incur
any other chargeable costs under Supplemental Agreement No. 1
to Agreement No. PW22-10-78 .
Adopted this 12th day of June, 1979 .
