RESOLUTION 79-046
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEIENT
PROJECT 1979-001
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly called and held on
February 27, 1979 , to consider Improvement Project No. 1979-006 ,
and
WHEREAS , the Council, on February 27, 1979 , ordered Short-
Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. to prepare plans and specifications .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby accept
and approve said plans and specifications for Improvement Project
No. 1979-001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the plans for the connection to
the Minnesota Waste Cjntrol Commission line at Highcrest Road and
Lydia Avenue shall be bid with the Highcrest Road plans , but as
an option to be exercised if the City Council so desires.
