AND STINSON BLVD. RESOLUTION 79-047 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH MINNEAPOLIS FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT LOWRY AVENUE N.E. AND STINSON BOULDVARD . Whereas, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered it desirable to install a full traffic activated control signal system with mast arms and integral street lights at the intersection of County State Aid Highway No. 153 (Lowry Avenue N.E . ) with Stinson Boulevard; and Whereas , St. Anthony and Minneapolis have expressed their willingness to participate in the construction , operation , and maintenance cost of said signal and street lights ; and Whereas, said work shall be carried out by the parties hereto under the provision of Minnesota Statutes Section 162 . 17 . Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the Agreement for Participation in the Construction and Operation of Traffic Control Signals and Street Lights at the intersection of Lowry Avenue N.E. and Stinson Boulevard with the City of Minneapolis. hk Adopted this Z© d y of 1979 . • Mayor ATTEST: �.
