THIS RESOLUTION:, sassed this 10th day of July , 1979 , by ti-:e
City of St. Anthony , in Hennepin/Ramsey Counties , Minnesota . In
municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City" ,
WITNESSETH :
WHEREAS , the City has planned the improvement of fiSAS 110
(Highcrest Road) from 33rd Avenue to 37th Avenue ,
WHEREAS , the City ;ell! be expanding :Municipal State Aid Fu-:ds
on the improvement of said street , and
WHEREP.S , said ii-nprovement does not conform to t;le approves
mini,,,um standards as previously adopted for such Municipal State
Aid Streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a
Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned
upon certain parking restrictions , and
WHEREAS , the extent of these restrictions that would be a
necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a
Municipal State Aid project in the City has been determined.

NO[-V , THEREFORE , IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City shall
restrict the parking to motor vehicles on the west sideofMSAS
1-10 (Highcrest Road) at all times .
