RESOLUTION ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR
BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1979-001
WHEREAS , the City Council has heretofore approved plans and
specifications for improvement project number 1979-001 , and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest
of the City that bids be received at this time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony, Hennepin/Ramsey Counties , Minnesota, as follows :
1 . That the Roseville City Council , the contractee ,
shall meet at the time and place specified in the
Advertisement for Bids for the purpose of receiving
bids for the construction of said improvement.
2 . The Clerk is authorized and directed to cause
an advertisement for said bids to be published for
two successive weeks in the St. Anthony Bulletin,
being the official newspaper of the City, the first
of said publications to be not less than three (3)
weeks prior to the opening of said bids , said ad-
vertisement to also be published in the Construction
Bulletin, 1022 Upper Midwest Building, Minneapolis ,
• Minnesota, on the same terms and conditions .
3. Each and all of the terms and provisions as
stated in said advertisement are hereby adopted
as the terms and provisions in accordance with
which said bids shall be received.
