TRANSFER TO PROVIDE FOR STORM SEWER REPAIR
WHEREAS the City Public Works Director has discovered the need
for storm sewer repair on St. Anthony Road and Edwards Street, and
WHEREAS the City has analyzed the City's storm sewer maintenance
and repair fund, and
WHEREAS the following fund transfer is needed to effect such
repair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following account trans-
fer be made :
From Account Amount
401-99 (City Council Contingency Fund) $2 ,000
To Account Amount
4224-36 (Storm Sewer Maintenance and Repair) $2 ,000

TO: Jim Fornell , City Manager
FROM: Larry Hamer, Director of Public Works
SUBJ: Storm Sewer at Anthony Road on Edwards
The winter of 1978 and 1979 shoved 88 feet of storm line by the
frost. We uncovered the 88 feet to repair the line and found
that we have to replace the storm sewer. The storm line is a
24 inch concrete, with a replacement cost of $1 , 640 plus a
new bed for the pipe and replacement of the roaa.
I am requesting $2, 000 to be transferred into 4224-36 . The money
in the budget is for repair on catch basins and some latteral
lines , unless you determine to use the money for replacement.
