A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING A JOINT
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN
COUNTY REGARDING COMMUNITY BLOCK
DEVELOPMENT FUNDS .
WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony and the County of Hennepin
have a Joint Cooperation Agreement in effect for the use of
Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S . Department
of Housing and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS , both parties wish to terminate that agreement and
replace it with a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, County Contract
No. 90467;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the current agreement with the County
of Hennepin be terminated effective September 30 , 1979 , and
a new agreement with the County of Hennepin, County Contract
No. 90467 be implemented effective October 1, 1979; and the Mayor
and the City Manager be authorized to execute the agreement on
behalf of the city.
