A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY OF
6 ROSEVILLE TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPROVEMENT
OF HIGHCREST ROAD
;-;HEP.EAS , the City of St. Anthony and the City of Roseville
Nave a joint powers agreement to provide for the improvement
of Highcrest Road, dated November 20 ; 1978
:vHEREAS , bids have been received for said improvement and two
alternatives ,
WHEREAS , the St. Anthony City Council desires to proceed with
the improvement ,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Citv of St. Ant-ho
autzorizes the improvement of Hichcrest Road and AlternaL_
I (Sewer Diversion Project) , and agrees to pay its share of t:e
road improvement and all the cost of Alternate I , pursuant to
the joint powers agreement .
