A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1979 BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the following budget transfer be made to the Public Works-
Parks Improvement Budget for resurfacing of one more tennis
court. The transfer will be made from the Public Works-Tree
Care and Weed Control/Tree Planting Budget as the tree planting
for this year has been completed and there are funds available in
this account for the transfer.

General Fund (10) Tree Care General Fund (10) Parks -
and Weed Control Other Improvements

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above be appropriated to the
indicated accounts.
