RESOLUTION 79-064
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HENNEPIN
• COUNTY TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT NO. 5 WITH THE MINNESOTA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
WHEREAS, a manhole is to be placed in the CSAH 94 right of way
to serve a gate valve.
WHEREAS , this improvement is not part of the original contract
specifications .
WHEREAS, the total net cost of $1,000 is to be split equally between
the cities of St. Anthony and Roseville.
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 5 provides for the cost distri-
bution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby authorizes Hennepin County
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and agrees to pay
its share.
