RESOLUTION 79-066
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
MANAGER TO SIGN AND EXECUTE THE COUNTY ROAD
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY
(AGREEMENT NO. PW-29-10-79) .
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into a County Road
Maintenance Agreement with Hennepin County,
WHEREAS, to do so requires execution of an agreement between the
City and Hennepin County .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony does hereby approve Agreement No. PW-29-10-79 with
Hennepin County and directs the Mayor and City Manager to execute
said agreement.
